DEUTERIA

Deuteria server rules

Universe Rules
Fair play keeps the universe worth conquering. By playing DEUTERIA you agree to these rules. Breaches are punished at the operators' discretion, from a warning up to a permanent ban. Serious cases — botting, real-money trading, bug abuse — are immediate permanent bans.

1. One account per commander
• Each person may control a single account in the universe.
• Sharing a connection (household, dorm, workplace) is allowed only if you tell the operators in advance via support. Accounts on a shared connection may never interact in any way: no resource transfers, no trades, no fleet support, no covering one another in combat, no joint attacks.
• An extra account created to feed, scout for, cover or farm another account is banned together with the account it serves.

2. Account security & sitting
• Your login is yours alone. Never share your password. You are responsible for everything done on your account.
• Briefly minding a friend's account (holiday cover) is tolerated for up to 48 continuous hours. A minded account may not run any hostile fleet activity — no raids, no fleetsaving to foreign positions, no pushing resources. Beyond 48 hours, stop.

3. Pushing
• Moving resources or value from a weaker account to a stronger one without a fair return is forbidden.
• Trades and Marketplace deals must be fair both ways. The in-game Marketplace enforces a fair-value band and a same-connection wall — do not try to route around it.
• Where help is repaid (recycling, transports, ACS splits), settle up within 72 hours.

4. Bashing (attack limits)
• You may attack the same planet or moon of one player at most 6 times per 24 hours — raised to 8 while a declared Alliance War is active between your alliances.
• Espionage probes and interplanetary missiles do not count toward the limit, but probe-spam used to harass does.
• Attacks should be profit-driven raids, not pure griefing.

5. No bots, scripts or automation
• Play through the game interface only. Third-party bots, macros, auto-clickers, browser scripts or any tool that acts on your behalf earn an instant, permanent ban.
• The autonomous empires you meet in the universe are operator-run NPC population — part of the living galaxy, not player automation.
• Sharing or recommending such tools is equally punishable.

6. Bugs & exploits
• Found a bug? Report it to the operators and do not use it.
• Exploiting a bug, duplication or oversight for gain — whether on purpose or not — and failing to report it is treated as intentional. Illicit gains are rolled back.

7. Conduct
• No insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam or flooding in chat, messages or alliance boards.
• No real-life threats or sharing of another person's private information. No impersonating operators or staff.

8. Names & descriptions
• Player, planet, moon and alliance names and descriptions must not be offensive, obscene, hateful, or impersonate staff or other players. Operators may force a rename.

9. No real-money trading
• Selling, buying, gifting or advertising accounts, resources, Dark Matter or any in-game asset for real money or outside the game is forbidden. Accounts are non-transferable.

10. Enforcement
• Operators may investigate using IP, device, timing and behaviour data. Penalties scale from warning to temporary ban to permanent ban. Beginner protection and combat limits are enforced by the game engine itself.

Last updated 14 July 2026. The operators may amend these rules; material changes will be announced in-game.
