Please include your commander name, the universe, roughly when it happened, and what you were doing. Screenshots or report IDs help a lot.

Include the transaction reference from your payment confirmation so we can find it quickly.
Reporting a cheater
Send any evidence you have — combat or espionage report IDs, coordinates, screenshots. Do not retaliate by breaking the rules yourself.
