The Service is operated by Edijs Bethers, an individual trading as DEUTERIA, established in the United Kingdom. The operator is not incorporated and is not registered for VAT. Contact: [email protected].

DEUTERIA is an independent space-strategy game, developed and operated by the operator named above. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any other game publisher or rights holder. All third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; where any appear, they are used descriptively only.
4. Open-source components
The Service is built on the open-source OGameX engine (MIT License) with substantial modification, alongside other open-source software. The MIT licence text is retained with the source. Questions about licensing or asset attribution may be sent to [email protected].
5. Paid virtual currency
The Service uses Dark Matter, a virtual premium currency. Real-money purchase of Dark Matter is not available while the in-game store is closed; where the store is open, purchase, delivery and refund terms are set out in the Terms & Conditions. Dark Matter and all in-game items have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. User-generated content
Player-created content (names, messages, alliance and profile text) reflects the views of its authors, not the operators. Report anything that breaks the rules to [email protected].
7. Governing law & disputes
These notices and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
